Processing Time & Order Cutoff
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CET (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day. In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom-built items (such as hand-built wheels) ship within 5–10 business days.

- Standard (EU): 3–6 business days — Free
- Express (EU): 1–2 business days
- Standard (USA): 5–8 business days — Free
- Express (USA): 2–3 business days
- International: 7–14 business days — Free
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders — EU, USA, and International. No minimum order required.
Customs and Duties
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. USA orders do not incur additional duties.
