Pricing and currency All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. For EU customers, prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. For US customers, applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout where required. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

Payment We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

Order acceptance An order is binding once we send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery Delivery times are estimates and are provided in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to exercise this right.

Returns (US consumers) US customers may return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy. Please review our Return Policy for eligibility, timeframes, and instructions.

Warranty Products come with the statutory warranty against defects — two years for EU consumers under EU law. US customers are covered under any applicable manufacturer warranty. Wear parts and damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are excluded from all warranties.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morfik Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Some jurisdictions, including certain US states, do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing law These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France for EU customers. For US customers, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
