Return & Refund Policy

At Morfik Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

3. How to Start a Return

Email support@morfik.store with your order number. We will reply within two business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on standard returns.

5. Refund Timeline & Methods

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@morfik.store.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item. Contact us to arrange an exchange of equal value.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. International returns may incur additional duties or taxes.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@morfik.store with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

9. European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

10. Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable: custom-built wheels, installed components, items marked final sale, personalized or custom products, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
