We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. For EU customers, prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. For US customers, applicable sales tax will be added at checkout where required. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to promptly update it as needed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that charges will be honored.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Morfik Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Morfik Co. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Morfik Co., including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Morfik Co.

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://morfik.store/policies/privacy-policy. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services. We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Sections covering Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Privacy Policy survive termination.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY MORFIK CO., THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORFIK CO., ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS, AND THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES. SOME JURISDICTIONS, INCLUDING CERTAIN EU MEMBER STATES AND US STATES, DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morfik Co., Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Services. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim and may control its defense at your expense, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal Judiciaire de Versailles, France, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
